Hypnotherapy
Sometimes called guided imagery or visualisation, hypnosis is a state of deep physical relaxation and emotional calmness in which the subconscious mind can be more easily accessed. We naturally go in and out of similar hypnotic trance states throughout our daily lives, such as when we are engrossed in reading a book or watching a film.
