Recommended reading
There are literally thousands of books available that claim to help you overcome major life transitions and personal, physical and mental issues. I have listed and reviewed some of those that I believe to be a really useful resource for anyone wishing to improve the way they think and ultimately behave. I will continue to update this list. 'Embracing Uncertainty' by Susan Jeffers
Life is full of uncertainty. There are strategies in this book which will help the reader deal more effectively with the challenges that uncertainty can bring.

I believe this book to be one of the most helpful books available to help us understand and lift depression. It provides practical solutions and clear guidelines without 'psychobabble', false sentiment or academic jargon and shatters some of the many myths surrounding mental illness.
'Don't Sweat the Small Stuff' by Richard Carlson
This classic and popular book shows you how to stop letting the little things in life cause you anxiety and stress.
